The long awaited verdict in the criminal fraud trial of Livent founders Garth Drabinsky and Myron Gottlieb has been delayed one day and is now scheduled to be delivered on March 25. Justice Mary Lou Benotto, who is overseeing the trial without a jury, had told lawyers she would deliver her verdict on March 24. No reason was given for the delay.
