It looks like Finance Minister Jim Flaherty is doing some infrastructure spending of his own. During his week off from Parliament Hill, Flaherty’s getting his office renovated. When he returns he’ll have repainted walls, new curtains and a repaired carper, which has apparently been damaged.
Can Flaherty claim the $1,350 tax break for renovations if he’s using our money to fund the work?

Flaherty seems to have forgotten about his lies regarding NOT taxing Income Trust and then turning around of all things, on Halloween night to announce that Income trust are going to be taxed. I lost most of my income as well as 50% value in my shares. Good luck Flaherty, drop dead.
