		<description>It&#039;s too bad for investors that the deal didn&#039;t go through, but probably a good thing for BCE, which would have been forced to use all kinds of tricks such as price hikes to service its debt. 

In a market where the cablecos are eating BCE&#039;s lunch in the phone and high-speed markets, the last thing Bell can afford to implement is higher prices.</description>
