		<description>Well Patrick, if you&#039;ve been paying your taxes, you&#039;d have nothing to worry about. Anyway, the bonus idea wouldn&#039;t be in effect for all taxpayers. Just for a group, like the banks, where things have gotten out of hand.</description>
